Millions of vegans and vegetarians in France, Europe and around the world do not want to consume milk and/or animal products. Millions more, even if they wanted to, cannot consume milk or animal products because they are either lactose intolerant, suffering from high cholesterol levels or allergic to various ingredients. Indeed, in France alone, one estimate places lactose intolerant figures at three million citizens. Add the other groups and one quickly realises that there is a large need for products such as mondofragilis vegan organic foods.
