In a world increasingly plagued by obesity, disease, and waste, where do we turn for solutions? BioVision seeks to answer this question. The BioVision World Life Sciences Forum, held in Lyon, from 8 to 11 March 2009, and facilitated by mondofragilis network, provides a unique opportunity for spirited debate and discussion about life sciences.
mondofragilis network has become the strategic partner for this important event, now in its sixth edition. Through the partnership, mondofragilis group companies are contributing to the success of another BioVision meeting, which will bring together top level representatives from science and industry, Nobel Prize winners, chiefs of state and NGO delegates. All arms of mondofragilis group are involved, providing BioVision with strategic consulting, design and concept of the event, promotional materials, and printing and communications support.
The 2009 World Life Sciences Forum which is endorsed by the Scientific Foundation of Lyon, will be about progress in the field of life sciences. More specifically, this year's emphasis will be on using life sciences to tackle obstacles created by the increasing urbanisation of our environment. With towns and cities becoming ever more centred around human settlement, we need to find new solutions to the problems such as increased waste and an ageing and ailing population.
